In The City To Stay!
Our Mission: St. Luke's is a community of God's people centered around the Gospel and empowered by God's Spirit to be Jesus' disciples now. The Lord calls us to be channels through which His love and acceptance can flow to others. Using our varied gifts, we commit ourselves as a congregation and individuals to be God's presence to our community in both word and deed.

URBAN HARVEST HOME
Bring to the altar your canned goods or some other non-perishable grocery
items. Whether it is one can, or a bag of groceries, bring what you can afford to give as your way of thanking God for the blessings he gives you. Be sure and check the “sell by date”, remember God
deserves your very best. By doing this, you will be helping someone who is less fortunate than yourself. All food will be given to the Allentown Area Ecumenical Food Bank to help give relief to the hungry right here in Lehigh County. If you would rather make a monetary contribution, checks made payable to “AAEFB” can be placed in the offering plate in the enclosed Harvest Home envelope or mailed directly to the church
office.. The AAEFB is a 501(c3) agency.
BLESSING OF THE PETS
Saturday, October 10th at 12 noon
We invite well behaved pets (must be on leash or in carrier) to bring their owners to St. Luke's to celebrate the Feast of St. Francis with a blessing of the animals.
Bible & Brew continues on Sunday mornings from 10:30-11:30
am in the council room. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy this weekly biblical theology study with us! It’s comprised of a 20-30 minute video presentation followed by discussion. We meet in the council room.
Every Saturday morning on our parking lot, The Rodale Institute and other certified organic growers will be selling fresh local produce from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
This is the best way to know where the produce you purchase comes from and guarantees you the freshest products! There are other vendors selling their wares as well: handmade soaps and lotions, baked goods, fresh baked focaccia, vegetarian foods, exotic coffees and more! We will have artists and craftsmen as well. There will be special events along with live music and outdoor
café dining. We will continue until sometime in October. (S.N.A.P recipients get double the value on produce!!)
